You don’t need to be a teacher, or become one, to retreat with SOYA yoga teacher training programs. Everyone is welcome to participate!
If you wish to deepen your personal understanding of yoga with our in-depth philosophy studies, or to have a place to rest in a beautiful location doing something you love, you can join in on the parts of teacher trainings that interest you.

Retreat with a 200-Hour YTT
The Foundational 200-Hour Program includes instruction in a variety important meditation and pranayama practices, dives into asana and anatomy studies, and brings context to yoga through in depth philosophy lessons.
Retreat with a 300-Hour YTT Program
The 300-Hour program includes daily practices of advanced pranayama and meditations, in depth workshops in various areas such as use of props, and rich explorations of subtle body anatomy subjects such as koshas, chakras, karma, mudra and Sanskrit.
SOYA’s Annual Retreat
Join us the first weekend of June in beautiful Sorrento, British Columbia, for our Annual Yoga Retreat, featuring world-class yoga teachers from around the globe.
This cherished event has become a gathering place for SOYA graduates and yoga enthusiasts from all paths to connect, learn, and deepen their practice in a serene and inspiring setting.

Join us May 30-June 1 with special guest, Rolf Gates, director of the Kripalu School of Yoga and author of Meditations On The Mat: Reflections On The Path Of Yoga.
Location, Location, Location!
We gather at the Sorrento Memorial Hall for daily practices, and can choose to enjoy accommodations and meals at the Sorrento Centre, located directly next to it. Check out the Sorrento Centre website for info and details about their facilities.
