This is YOUR journey. Complete your practical and written examinations on your own schedule or join us in the serene beauty of Sorrento every June.

Once your application is received, you will be invited to use our custom program template to create and track the schedule of completion that resonates with your life.
Choose to study on location or build a hybrid of Zoom online sessions and in-person modules. You are given the timeline of 3 years to complete the required components and graduate, allowing your journey to unfold naturally with intention.

- 12 Modules: 11 training modules and 1 exam module.
- Flexible Scheduling: Complete all requirements over 3 years at your own pace—online, in-person, hybrid, or immersion.

An Innovative Learning Format
- Online Options: Live Zoom classes over four 5-hour sessions per module.
- In-Person Options: Weekend intensives across Canada, including Friday evening and full-day Saturday/Sunday sessions.
- Immersion Retreats: Five modules per year offered in Mexico for an immersive experience.
- Homework: 10 hours of structured assignments per module to deepen knowledge and prepare for discussions.

- Initial Fees for teachers wishing to register for SOYA’s 300 Hour Upgrade to RYT500: $800+gst to start (includes application and non-refundable deposit, some of which goes toward mentorship).
- Module Tuition: $410+gst per module, paid as participants register for each one. (tuition + admin fee).
- Total Fee: $5,720+gst which is paid as you proceed with your program, with up to three years allowed to complete your required elements.
- Retreat with us! Join individual training modules without becoming a teacher, no initial fees required.
- Refresh with us! Yoga Alliance approved CEU’s are available for individual training modules.
