South Okanagan Yoga Academy (“SOYA”) and its affiliates
recognize the importance of protecting the information provided by
users of our website (the "Site"). SOYA have implemented this
Privacy Policy to govern the use of personally identifiable information
that we collect from this Site ("Personal Information"). This Privacy
Policy is incorporated into this Site's Terms
and Conditions by reference and is made a part thereof.

Information You Provide to Us: SOYA collects information about you that
you choose to provide us when you visit and/or purchase products from
our websites, sign up for e-newsletters, register for an event, or

When you communicate with SOYA electronically, via e-mail or otherwise,
you consent to and SOYA's use of the information you have provided, and
you further consent to receive electronic communications from SOYA. If

contact information (such as name and e-mail address). By completing
the required forms and providing them to SOYA, you consent to receive

Registration and Ordering
For our services that require payment (such as certain events, products
and listings), we also collect credit card information (such as account
name, number and expiration date), which is used for billing purposes
only, and is not otherwise shared.
Security of Information
SOYA maintains reasonable standards of confidentiality and security for
this Site and the Personal Information collected from this Site. The
Personal Information you provide is secured using industry standard
e-commerce security technology. SOYA also restricts its own employees'
access to Personal Information. However, it is possible that someone
may intercept or access communications, transmissions and/or Personal
Information. You must also seek to protect against unauthorized access
to any passwords and/or accounts that you use in connection with this
Site, and you should remember to log off of the website once you have
completed your activities on the Site or if you have decided to step
away from your computer. In the event that SOYA determines that there

the Site and, if email contact is possible, then also by sending an

Use of Personal Information by SOYA: The Personal Information collected
by SOYA may be used by SOYA for any lawful purpose, including but not
limited to, to communicate with you, send notices, respond to your
requests, and analyze and improve SOYA's products, its business and/or
its service to you. SOYA may use this information to send you e-mail
newsletters, promotional offers with respect to goods or services of a
particular brand or other types of communications on behalf of SOYA

will provide you with an opportunity to opt out of receiving future
